Hall and Park Rentals

Shirley Community Hall and Pioneer Park may be rented for classes, fairs, workshops, concerts and other events that benefit local residents.  These activities must take place between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. to ensure that residents living near the Hall and Park are not unduly disturbed. In addition, we no longer allow alcohol to be served at events in the Hall, due to disruptions and damage that resulted from previous alcohol-related events, and the Association’s inability to meet the BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch’s Special Event Permit requirements (October 2022).

To check on availability, and to book your event, contact Shannon (778-350-7611).

Please note that the Park is not available on the Sundays in the summer when our community market is held or on Shirley Day.

To post flyers about upcoming events on the Shirley Community Hall board or for general information about classes held at the Hall, also contact Shannon (778-350-7611).
